SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Tipping Naturals, Inc. ("Tipping Naturals," "we," "our," or "us"). This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping of our handcrafted natural products, including shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and special considerations due to the nature of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.
PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day.
Handcrafted Care
Each Tipping Naturals product is handcrafted and carefully packaged at our facility in Carlsbad, California. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, processing times may occasionally extend beyond our standard timeframe, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (once shipped)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (once shipped)
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days (once shipped)
Regional Considerations
Due to our location in Carlsbad, California, please note the following estimated delivery timeframes by region (after processing):
- West Coast: 1-3 business days
- Midwest: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 4-7 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 5-10 business days
Carrier Selection
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on delivery location, package size, and shipping method selected.
Amazon Fulfillment (Future)
In the future, select Tipping Naturals products may be available through Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service. Orders placed through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's shipping policies and timeframes, which may differ from those outlined in this policy.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with basic insurance coverage at no additional cost. Additional insurance can be purchased at checkout for an extra fee.
TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Natural Product Considerations
Our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Due to their natural composition, our products may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
Heat Sensitivity Notice
During periods of high temperatures (generally above 80°F/27°C), products may temporarily soften or melt during transit. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality, efficacy, or safety of the product. Once the product reaches a cooler environment, it will typically solidify again with no impact on performance.
Summer Shipping Precautions
During summer months (June through September) or when shipping to regions experiencing high temperatures:
- We package products with additional insulation when possible
- We may recommend expedited shipping options to minimize transit time
- We monitor weather forecasts and may delay shipments if extreme heat waves are predicted
- We may include cold packs for certain temperature-sensitive products at our discretion
Liability Limitation
While we take reasonable precautions to protect our products during shipping, we cannot control the temperatures to which packages are exposed during transit. Tipping Naturals cannot guarantee that products will remain solid throughout the entire shipping process, especially during warm weather months or when shipping to hot climate regions.
Post-Delivery Storage
Upon receipt, you should immediately transfer products to a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Products should be stored at temperatures between 60-75°F (15-24°C) for optimal consistency and performance.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking Availability
All orders will include tracking information, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Tracking Updates
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Tracking Issues
If you experience any issues with tracking your package, please contact us at office@tippingnaturals.com with your order number and we will assist you.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Signature Requirement
Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to add or remove this requirement for your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Safe Delivery Location
If you will not be available to receive your package, please provide delivery instructions at checkout to ensure the package is left in a safe, shaded location.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members to see if someone else accepted the delivery
- Check around your property, including porches, side doors, and garages
- Check with neighbors who may have accepted the delivery
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided
- If unable to locate after these steps, contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date
Damaged Products
If your products arrive damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact us at office@tippingnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund
Melted Products
If your products arrive melted or softened due to high temperatures:
- Place the products in a cool, dry place for 24-48 hours to allow them to resolidify
- Do not place products in the refrigerator or freezer, as rapid temperature changes can affect product integrity
- Once solidified, products should retain their full efficacy
- If products do not resolidify properly or show signs of separation, please contact us at office@tippingnaturals.com
Shipping Delays
Occasional shipping delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Seasonal volume increases
- Other circumstances beyond our control
While we cannot prevent carrier delays, we will assist you in tracking your package and communicating with carriers when necessary.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Tipping Naturals is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at office@tippingnaturals.com. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using USPS. Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes may take 1-2 additional business days.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to U.S. military addresses. Please note that delivery to military addresses may take 7-21 business days, and tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Restricted Areas
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain areas where delivery may be unreliable or where our products may be exposed to extreme conditions that could compromise their quality.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we determine that shipping to the requested destination poses an unusually high risk of damage to our temperature-sensitive products.
AMAZON FULFILLMENT (FUTURE)
Future Amazon Integration
In the future, some Tipping Naturals products may be available for purchase through Amazon and fulfilled by Amazon's FBA service. When this option becomes available:
- Products purchased through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's shipping policies
- Shipping timeframes, costs, and delivery options will be determined by Amazon
- Customer service for shipping-related issues will be handled through Amazon's customer service channels
- Temperature-related considerations will still apply to our natural products
